Case sheet:A 42year old male admitted in hospital due to continuous chest pain

Chief complaint : chest pain central and radiating to shoulder and shortnes of breathe 
History of present illness:patient was apparently normal 11 days ago, then he suddenly developed chest pain radiating to two  associated with sweating and palpitations.
Type of pain:dragging type 
Radiating to shoulders
  relievingfactors -medication

History of past illness: patient suffered from liver problem and was on medication  1 month ago later he got chest pain and admitted in hospital and diagnosed as inferior wall MI and posterior wall MI and stopped the previous medication.
No other associated diseases

Personal history:
Occupation : lorry driver 
Appetite :normal
Mixed diet 
Normal sleep  
Micturion -normal 
Bowels   - regular 
Alcohol.   -regular 90ml per day since 20yrs
Smoking.   -10-20per day since 20yrs 

Family history:No family history

General examination: patient is conscious ,thin built 
Palor -no
Icterus-no
Cyanosis-no
Clubbing -no
Lymphadenopathy-no
Edema-no
Investigations:
1)ECG
2)Ultrasound
3)Tpr graph sheet
4) colour doppler test
Vitals:
Temperature-98.6F
Bp-100/80 mm/hg
Spo2-98%
Pulse rate -96/min

Provisonal Diagnosis: heart failure with reduced ejection fraction.secondary to Coronary artery disease

Treatment:
 
Question:how long will it take to cure the problem and is it curable completely?
